BPE (Bachelor of Physical Education) is now known as BPES (Bachelor of Physical Education and Sports). It is a 3 year undergraduate program. Which students can apply for this course after class 10+2. There are many opportunities for the students to make their career after BPES course. Seeing children taking interest in sports or parents often tell them that there is no scope in it. But let us tell you here that day by day new games are coming. The demand for sports is increasing in every field, and along with it the demand for sports teachers is also increasing. Everyone is turning towards fitness in today's time. If students doing BPES want, they can also open their own fitness center in future.
To be eligible for Bachelor Physical Education course, candidates must have passed class 12th with at least 50 percent marks from any recognized institute. Any stream student can apply for BPES.
If you have state level or national level sports certificate then there can be plus points.
If you are interested in taking BPE course, then you should know that admission in BPE has to be given through entrance exams, apart from this, some colleges also take admission on the basis of personal interview.
In some colleges, admission is given on the basis of merit, if you have a state or national level sports certificate, then you get admission easily.
