MD is called Doctor of Medicine. It takes 3 years to do Doctor of Medicine course. Which includes both theoretical and practical things. And also MD course is the most popular course in the country. Therefore, to do this course, you must have done BHMS or MBBS, only then you will be able to do MD course.
Eligibility Conditions to do Doctor of Medicine Course?
For the study of MD, it is mandatory for you to pass 10+2 after matriculation with at least 50% marks in English subject with physics, chemistry, Biology. To do this course, you must have passed any one course in MBBS or BHMS from any recognized college or university.
How to Get Admission in Doctor of Medicine Course?
If you want to do MD course, you must first pass class 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subjects. Also, it is very important to have at least 50% to 55% marks in your 12th class.
As soon as you pass class 12, you have to complete MBBS and BHMS studies. Which is of full 5 years and 6 months. And also it includes 1 year internship. Apart from this, if you successfully complete MBBS and BHMS, then you will have to pass the entrance exam for MD course.
