The full form of DNB Course is "Diplomat of National Board", it is a two-year graduate degree awarded by the National Board of Examinations (NBE) under the Union Ministry of Health. They are trained in big private hospitals. Let us now get other general information about it.

DNB is a postgraduate or post-doctoral diploma awarded by the National Board of Examinations established under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. The three year training for DNB takes place under a guide, which can be in a public sector or private sector institute which has been recognized by NBE to conduct the training.

NBE conducts entrance and exit exams after which DNB is awarded. All DNB qualifications are recognized by the Medical Council of India across the country.

What is DNB Course?

DNB stands for National Board of Diplomat. It is a degree awarded by the National Board of Examinations (NBE) which is an autonomous educational body under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. It is awarded to candidates who successfully complete their postgraduate or post graduate medical education under the National Board of Examinations (NBE).
