BMLT or Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Technology Course, BMLT is a 3 year professional degree course, the focus of BMLT course is to provide the students with medical lab facilities, various laboratory techniques, and discipline related knowledge. BMLT course is a new age course, which has come in with the medical advancement and increase in the number of labs and labs technology across the world. Looking at the corona and its variants, it seems that in the coming times, the number of BMLT degree holders will increase. There is bound to be an increase in demand.
If you are also thinking about taking admission in this course, then you must want to know its eligibility conditions. To take admission in BMLT course, candidates must have passed 12th class with science subjects i.e. PCB or PCM from any recognized board. You may need a minimum of 50% to 60% marks in 12th class to do a BMLT course from some good institutes.
The admission process of BMLT courses can be different in every college. Some colleges give admission in BMLT courses on the basis of their rank in Common Entrance Exams. Admission in most of the colleges is given on the basis of marks obtained in 12th class, for this candidates have to apply in any college or university, after the results of the board, the colleges will issue their cut off scores.
